Why sign up to Churchsuite?

ChurchSuite is a website and app that lets you see what’s going on in the life of our church, sign up to events, check rotas and lots more. ChurchSuite is also a bit like an online directory for our church, which can help us to stay connected with one another. The office use ChurchSuite as our church database. We use it to keep in touch with you. Some event sign-ups are also managed through ChurchSuite. You can use ChurchSuite to check events and rotas, as well as look up contact details of other St. Mary’s people.

ChurchSuite ensures we operate in a fully GDPR compliant way. You are fully in control of what data you choose to allow other St Mary's ChurchSuite users to see, as well as what kinds of communication you would like to receive from us. Once signed up, you can log in any time to change your privacy settings.

How to sign up

1. Complete a welcome form online. Please fill out the form with as much detail as you can. We won’t share your information, it’s just to help us if we need to contact you.

2. Register. Once you’ve filled out the welcome form we’ll add your details onto Churchsuite and send you an invitation via email.

Your invitation to My ChurchSuite should look like this.

Click the link on the invitation to register.

How to log in

You can access My ChurchSuite via the website or you can download ChurchSuite from the App Store or Google Play.

Type 'St Mary’s Luton' into the search bar and our name should pop up. Click on our name to access My ChurchSuite. 

Enter your full email address and password to log in.  Make sure that the drop down bar is clicked on MyChurchSuite.

From My ChurchSuite you can see upcoming events as well as your groups and rotas. By clicking on 'My Events' from the menu you can access the church calendar and scroll through to see what's happening in advance and sign up for events you're interested in.

By clicking on ‘My Rotas’ you can see any rotas you are part of and when you are next due to serve. You can also use this section to add in any ‘unavailability’ - times when you are unable to serve on a rota.

Some event sign-ups and ticket sales are done via My ChurchSuite. You can access this via the ChurchSuite app, our website or the ChurchSuite website.

By clicking on ‘My Details’ you can update your contact details, privacy and communication settings. Privacy settings allow you to select what contact details others can see. Communication settings allow you to select what information you receive from the church office.
